Ghee <br />1 cup Vermicelli <br />1 ltr. Milk <br />3 tbsp. Sliced Almonds <br />3 tbsp. Raisins <br />Saffron as required <br />Sugar as required <br />Ground Green Cardamom <br />Pistachios <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a pan melt ghee and roast vermicelli in it on a low flame till golden brown in colour. <br />2. Add milk and stir nicely till the milk starts to boil. Once the milk boils turn the flame to low. <br />3. Now add the almonds, raisins and saffron to it and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. <br />4. Then add sugar as per taste, cardamom, pistachios and mix it well. <br />5. Once the kheer turns thick add some milk to it. <br />6.
